Our aftermarket full sets of Caterpillar Serrated Grader Blade replacements are special cutting edge designed for Cat motor graders. We can produce both flat serrated baldes and curved serrated blades. Compared with continuous solid blades, the serrated blades greatly reduces cutting resistance and delivers superior penetration into compacted gravel, frozen soil, ice and hard packed ground. Our aftermarket serrated grader blades are widely used in road rehabilitation, ice & snow removal, breaking hardened road base and pioneer rough grading jobs.

To ensure stable quality level,our factory execute strict quality inspection during our entire process :

1. Raw material spectral test: we will detect chemical composition for every batch, reject recycled inferior steel.

2. Full plate hardness test: we will do hardness test for Multi-point , ensure full through-hardening without soft zone.

3. Dimension inspection: we will strictly controll blade length, width, thickness, hole pitch, hole diameter, tooth height and tooth spacing within OEM standard range.

4. Tooth profile inspection: we will check every serrated tooth, ensure "no missing teeth, no crack, no burr or chipping on tooth tip".

5. Bevel angle inspection: our inspector will verify bevel angle uniformity for each tooth.

6. Straightness / curvature check: we will ensure flat serrated blade without bending and curved serrated blade matches required radius.

7. Surface visual inspection: No quenching cracks, folds or deformation.

We supply aftermarket Caterpillar serrated grader blade, including flat serrated cutting edge and curved serrated cutting edge. Four bevel options are available: double bevel reversible, single bevel sharp tip, square edge anti-impact and carbide reinforced for mining use.
