Our aftermarket Komatsu Grader Overlay is bolt-on reinforcing wear plate mounted on the front face of grader main cutting edge for Komatsu GD series motor graders. It works as an extra wear layer. No need to remove original main blade. Overlay bolts directly onto the main edge to protect the base blade and extend its service life. Once the overlay wears out, only the overlay needs replacement instead of the whole main blade, which greatly reduces spare part cost and downtime. Overlays include center overlay and end overlay. End overlay works together with end bits, compatible with both flat and curved grader blades.
