Our aftermarket full sets of Komatsu Curved Grader blades are bolt-on GET wear parts specially designed for Komatsu GD series motor graders.Different from flat blades,the curved surface helps gather, roll and discharge materials effectively and reduces material sticking on blade surface. Our aftermarket Komatsu curved grader blades and end bits are widely applied for road grading, slope trimming, ditching, material spreading, mine haul road maintenance and subgrade shaping,match Komatsu GD511, GD555, GD655, GD705, GD825 and other grader models. 

We can supply various blade styles for Komatsu motor graders, including Double bevel curved blade,Single bevel curved blade,Serrated curved blade and Fishtail curved blade.Different bevel design fit different working site condition.We can also supply various end bit styles,including Standard square end bit,Tapered end bit,Heavy-duty reinforced end bit and Serrated end bit.

There are mainly 3 raw material options :
1. 30MnB Boron steel: use most, hardness is about HRC 440–500,can balance toughness and wear resistance well,it is ideal for gravel, crushed rock and mine haul roads.
2. C80 Carbon Steel : it is economical, hardness can reach HB280–360 after quenched and tempered, Suit for general earthmoving, soft soil and routine highway maintenance.
3. Mn13 high manganese steel : own work-hardening property, the surface will get harder under continuous impact. It fits heavy impact, large rock conditions.. Not economical for pure earthmoving.
