Our aftermarket full sets of Caterpillar curved grader blade replacements are specially designed for Cat motor graders. Its curved profile is engineered to optimize soil rolling, material lifting and throwing performance during grading operations. Our aftermarket curved heat treated grader blades/cutting edges can resist bending and permanent deformation under heavy earthmoving, rock impact and continuous grading tasks.
Our Caterpillar motor grader bolt on cutting edges/grade blades through hardened guaranteed against breakage, the grader blade cutting edges have 0.5" thick, 0.625" thick,0.75" thick,1" thick. It takes 3/4 " grade 9 plow bolts and 3/4" nuts.
Purchasing Notes:
1. Distinguish Curved vs Flat Blade: Curved blades focus on fine finishing and soil rolling and flat blades are focus on heavy rough grading and rock pushing.
2. Confirm Arc Radius & Bevel Type: Confirm bevel option according to actual working conditions.
3. Reject Welded Spliced Blade: Qualified curved grader blade must be one-piece bent. Welded arc blades are prone to cracking under cyclic load and cannot be used for formal engineering.
4. Insist Full Through-Hardening: Surface-hardened blades will cause rapid wear and edge bending in fine grading work.
5. Verify Hole Pattern & Thickness: Curved blade hole layout is different from flat blade, so they are not interchangeable..
6. Warranty Exclusion: The blade breakage or deformation caused by heavy rock impact, overload and improper installation are not covered by our warranty.
