Our aftermarket Caterpillar track bolts are high-strength fasteners for undercarriage systems, they are always paired with track nuts to secure track shoes onto track links,and widely used on Caterpillar excavators, dozers and wheel loaders. The track system endures heavy impact loads, alternating shear force, abrasive wear and mud-water corrosion during operation. Therefore, track bolts require outstanding tensile strength, shear resistance and fatigue life.
Our aftermarket Caterpillar track bolts are manufactured to match OEM part numbers. Dimensions, thread profile and head geometry are fully compatible for direct replacement. Except standard track bolt, we also supply high head track bolt ,short shank track bolt and flange track bolt. All of them are made of premium alloy steel with precision heat treatment for stable mechanical performance. Threads are roll-formed to avoid cutting marks at thread root, delivering superior fatigue resistance and reducing thread breakage risk.
Installation Tips:
1. Clean dirt and rust on contact surfaces of track shoes and links before installation for flat contact.
2. Track bolt and nut strength class must be matched. Mixing different grades is not recommended.
3. Tighten to torque values specified in machine service manual. Insufficient torque causes loosening; over-torque leads to bolt stretch and fracture.
4. Periodic torque recheck is recommended for machines working under heavy mining impact conditions.
5. Replace all track bolts and nuts together while changing track shoes. Used bolts suffer cyclic load and metal fatigue, which increases breakage risk for reuse.
