Shaped Wear Bars offer superior wear life, edge and shape retention and are far more cost effective than conventional hard facing and cut lip protectors or shapes.

This Bi-metallic wear resistant product,as a combination of high Chromium cast iron(ASTMA53215/3CrMo,700BHN-63HRc)metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate, obtains both very high abrasion resistance and weldability.
