We will do hardness sampling inspection, tensile strength, yield strength and metallurgical tests to avoid breakage caused by insufficient heat treatment. Threads will be inspected by thread gauges. Visual inspection plus crack detection for forging defects. Dimensions strictly follow OEM drawing and control tolerance in short range. We can provide Material certificate and heat treatment reports if you need.
