Our aftermarket replacement Hensley Weld‑on Lip Shrouds/Lip Protectors are heavy‑duty cast wear protection component for excavator and wheel loader bucket lip, widely adopted in mining, quarry and heavy earth‑moving projects .They are directly welded onto bucket cutting edge lip, installed between bucket adapters, serving as sacrificial wear part to shield original lip plate from abrasive sand, ore, rock sliding friction and low‑impact scraping damage.
