Different from conventional weld-on shrouds and standard bolt-on segments, the J-Bolt structure adopts a fixed base + replaceable shroud split design. After welding the thin base plate onto the bucket lip one-time, users only replace the upper cast shroud in later maintenance. It completely eliminates repeated welding, cutting, grinding and heat damage to the expensive bucket cutting edge.
