Our aftermarket full sets of Caterpillar 966 Wheel Loader Cutting Edge and End Bits replacement are bolt-on ground engaging tools designed for CAT 966 series wheel loaders, covering 966D, 966E, 966F, 966K, 966L, 966M, 966GC and XE variants. The cutting edge is the central wear segment fitted on the front lip of the loader bucket, while end bits are the corner protective pieces installed on both ends of the cutting edge.

Our aftermarket Caterpillar Loader cutting edges can supply various bevel design, including Double Bevel Flat Edge(DBF),Single Bevel Flat Edge(SBF),Super V Bevel and Wide Bevel Flat Edge(WBF). The bevel angle determines the cutting edge's penetration capability and wear life. A sharper edge penetrates more easily but also wears down faster , end users should select based on "material density + abrasiveness."

Purchasing Notes :

1. Confirm exact model and bucket type before ordering

Distinguish machine models and confirm general bucket or light rock bucket. Different bucket configurations have different hole layouts. It is better to provide OEM part number.

2. Avoid overly hard brittle blades

Excessively high hardness leads to brittleness and edge chipping. Qualified parts must balance wear resistance and toughness.

3. Check plate thickness and flatness strictly

Inspect plate straightness and uniform thickness on arrival. Reject bent, twisted or thin plates to prevent deformation during frequent scraping work.

4. Verify standard CNC hole precision

Unqualified hole positions will cause bolt loosening and equipment vibration, accelerating wear part damage. CNC precision holes are required.
