Our aftermarket full sets of Caterpillar Curved Grader Blade replacement are the OEM-standard curved cutting edge specially designed for Cat motor grader fine grading and soil rolling operations. Our aftermarket curved heat treated cutting edges/cutting edges are preferred wear part for highway fine finishing, road camber shaping, pavement resurfacing, snow removal and landscape precision grading.
Our Caterpillar motor grader bolt on cutting edges/grade blades through hardened guaranteed against breakage, the grader blade cutting edges have 0.5" thick, 0.625" thick,0.75" thick,1" thick. It takes 3/4 " grade 9 plow bolts and 3/4" nuts.
We can supply four bevel options for Caterpillar curved grader cutting edges:
A :Double Bevel Curved (DBC)：we adopt 33° standard double bevel on upper and lower edges, reversible 180°dual-life design.Can balance wear resistance and toughness.
B: Single Bevel Curved (SBC)：Single-sided bevel with square back edge, can achieve sharper cutting tip and lower penetration resistance while the disadvantage is Non-reversible.
C: Square Edge Curved：No bevel, full square blunt edge. Own maximum structural rigidity and anti-chipping performance, can resists minor rock impact and edge breakage.
D: Carbide Reinforced Curved：Double/single bevel base with tungsten carbide tiles welded on the working edge. High initial procurement costs ,but you will gain 3–5 times longer life than standard blades.
