It features countersunk head and square neck designm ,so the bolt head sits fully flush into countersunk holes of cutting edge, keeping the wear surface smooth to prevent head abrasion caused by rock, sand and gravel impact. Square neck locks the bolt against spinning during nut tightening, delivering stable clamping force and easier installation. Our new aftermarket replacement parts can match original Cat part numbers. UNC coarse thread sizes are available, they are critical fasteners for ground engaging tools.

Installation Tips:

1. Clean dirt and burrs inside cutting edge holes before installation to ensure flat contact surfaces.

2. Tighten according to recommended torque value. Do not over-torque, over-tightening may cause bolt stretch and fracture.

3. For high-impact working conditions, recheck torque on a regular maintenance schedule.

4. It is recommended to replace plow bolts together while changing cutting edges or end bits. Reused bolts accumulate metal fatigue under repeated shocks and carry a risk of sudden breakage.
