Our aftermarket Caterpillar Split link bolts/Master link bolts are high-strength fastener specially designed for Caterpillar excavator and dozer track split master links. They are always paired with matching nuts, through clamping the two side plates of the track master link to connect and assemble the track chain. The track master link bears the most concentrated load across the whole track chain. During machine travel, it sustains heavy impact, alternating tension and shear force, together with abrasive grit wear and mud-water corrosion. Therefore, split link bolts require much higher fatigue and shear resistance than regular track bolts.

Our aftermarket Caterpillar split link bolts are manufactured to match CAT OEM part numbers. Shank diameter, thread profile, head geometry and mounting dimension are fully compatible for direct replacement.Except Standard hex head split link bolt, we also supply Reinforced thick head split link bolt and Short shank split link bolt.
